The "Transfer Process" has been eliminated in favour for a New School Year and Mid-School Year Postings, or "Rounds". All continuing teachers can now see and apply to all 1.0 FTE (continuing or temporary) new school year postings in Rounds 1 & 2. Mid-Year postings will be available to continuing & non-continuing teachers as well as external candidates, with priority given to continuing teachers with the appropriate qualifications.
Members are encouraged to reach out to our Local President should they have any comments, questions, or concerns with this process.
